The Internet has revolutionized real estate.

Not too many years ago, it was impossible for a real estate professional to be well-informed about market conditions beyond a relatively small geographic area. Today, data on properties for sale or lease, local economic conditions, financing alternatives, recent sales and other demographic data are readily available via the “net” and an international network of real estate professionals.

What hasn’t changed is the need for professional services which can locate, analyze and fit an investment property which satisfies a particular investor’s objectives.

What also has not changed is the need to implement a marketing program to present a seller’s investment property to the widest possible audience, to filter out spurious inquiries and to negotiate effectively to deliver the highest market price. All this without legal entanglements.

We can do both of these, but not at the same time.

More than 30 year’s experience in investment real estate long ago convinced us that we cannot carry water on both shoulders: therefore we do not represent  a seller and a buyer in the same transaction at the same time.

We believe our business success over many years is the result of three principles which we adhere to: Integrity, Competency, Due diligence.

By Integrity, we mean that we take seriously the fiduciary obligation to place our clients’ interests before our own.
By Competency, we mean the ability to ferret out our clients’ objectives and to use our training and experience to achieve those goals.
By Due Diligence, we mean our practice of following the real estate transaction from its very inception through to the close of escrow.
